Child Policy
We are unable to cater for Children under 16

Bedding Configuration
All of our rooms have King beds. We are not permitted to allow more than 2 people per room

Check In
Check in is after 2.30pm due to insurance conditions we are unable to cater for an earlier check in. Where possible check in is expected prior to 6.00pm, rooms will only be held until this time unless we are notified, on the day of arrival, with an estimated time of arrival.

Check Out
Check out is prior to 10.30am.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations notified more than 14 days prior to arrival day will incur no charge.

Cancellations notified less than 14 days prior to arrival day will be charged in full if room/s cannot be re let. If room/s is/are re let there will be no charge.

If you cancel your reservation via email, it is only a request to cancel. Your reservation will not be cancelled until you receive a written confirmation from Oscars Waterfront Boutique Hotel (within 24 hours of receiving request to cancel, if you do not receive confirmation in this time you must contact Oscars Waterfront Boutique Hotel). In the case of a dispute this cancellation confirmation must be provided.

If you cancel your reservation by phone you will be issued with a cancellation number. In the case of a dispute this number must be provided.

REASONS FOR POLICY
While we always regret the necessity to impose charges upon guests who do not use the accommodation, we have found it necessary to make these charges in the certain circumstances set out above in the hope that it will encourage guests to assist us in advising of any travel changes at an early time to allow us to re let the room with minimal loss.
